Into All That

Spring is upon us. Here in the Big Apple, it announces itself with the smell of hyacinth (courtesy of the flower show at Macy’s), emergence of outdoor eating areas at restaurants with wide sidewalks, and the reappearance of women’s legs. All business as usual for New York. In Wiltshire, England, Spring brings with it something perhaps unexpected:

I say perhaps unexpected, as crop circles aren’t altogether uncommon in the county of Wiltshire. But so early in the season? Practically unheard of. According to the catalog of crop formations listed in the crop circle archive, it’s rare it see them before June or July; in fact, jolly ol’ England hasn’t seen a crop circle before May in more than a decade.
